Reader-Insert Rules
Reader-Inserts can be of any kind and theme, be creative when you're writing them, don't just write something to enter. It doesn't work that way huns :/
Lemons are welcomed, just make sure you're actually capable of writing one, because Lemons are hard to write >.

, have decided to hold a contest!As you can tell, the theme is "Starry night sky". Kind of self-explanatory, but just in case you're of a shortening mind (or it's just not specific enough), what I'm looking for is a story with any Hetalia character paired with a reader –or OC-, and at some point, I want them to be under a starry night sky. I don't care where in the story it happens, but it's gotta happen.
What I'll be looking at when I read your story:
Correct Grammar/Spelling: I can't tell you how many times I've come across a story with a great plot, great author's voice, great everything… except grammar. And that just ruins it for me. I'll forgive a few mistakes, but if teh hole thing lookz lik dis… You're not going to win. And you'll break my heart. Spell check helps, but get it beta read too if you can.
The use of the scenery: By this I mean, paint a picture for me! I wanna close me eyes and see what you're describing.
How many feels I have reading it: Honestly you guys, it won't take much to make me swoon with a plot like this. It's like, the most romantic thing ever to me. But the people who really make me feel like I'm in the story are the ones that'll win. My English teacher once said something along the lines of "The way to get an 'A' on a paper from me is if you make me sit back and say 'Huh' ". While that's not exactly what I'm looking for, it's the best way I can describe it.
In character: I don't want it to be too OOC.
Things I won't be looking at:
Length: While I do enjoy longer reads, if your stuff's one sentence and it just really blows me away, you can still win.
Genre: I'm not gonna lie, I had romance in mind when I created this contest, but if you have something else in mind that's fine too.
When it was made: If you have something already done that would be perfect for this contest, don't bother making a new one! Just enter and give me the link.
